Undoing Your Most Recent Import

How to undo your most recent import, reverting all affected fields back to their pre-import state.

Updated over 2 months ago

How to Undo an Import

  1. Go to the Imports page.

  2. Scroll to the Import History table.

  3. Locate the most recent import at the top of the list.

  4. Click the Undo button on that import line item.

  5. A confirmation modal will appear—read carefully.

  6. Confirm inside the modal to complete the undo.

What Happens When You Undo

  • All fields affected by that import are reverted back to their state immediately before the import.

  • Any manual updates made after the import will also be reverted.

  • This action cannot be undone once confirmed.

Best Practice

If you think you need to undo, double-check whether the mistake can be corrected with a follow-up import first. Use Undo only when you’re certain you want to roll everything back to the pre-import state.
